THE OPPORTUNITY:
We are currently seeking a Learning and Development Analyst who will report to the Manager, Human Resources, for a 12-month term position with the possibility of becoming a permanent role. In this role, the successful candidate will take on a range of responsibilities, including being a key member of our learning management system (LMS) SuccessFactors implementation team, on-going management of the LMS, facilitating the execution of learning and development initiatives, creating and maintaining functional competencies across the organization, assisting other departments with training and tracking, as well as special projects as they arise.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Drive initiatives as a key member of the SAP SuccessFactors LMS implementation team
- Collaborate with subject matter experts on enterprise-wide SAP training programs facilitating end user training sessions as required
- Develop learning curriculum aligned to business strategy and objectives
- Identify end-to-end learning solutions aligned with learning needs; partner with existing learning vendors and keep current on other learning vendor opportunities
- Review and assess the training needs of the organization; working with functions across the organization to define training and development needs; define what programs, certifications, courses, curricula, are needed
- Oversee day-to-day LMS administration, ensuring smooth functionality and accessibility
- Manage certifications and compliance training across the organization
- Manage the catalog in the LMS to include all types of learning content (internally developed & externally sourced)
- Facilitate the execution of Learning and Development initiatives by coordinating logistics, materials, and facilitating support
- Work with business units to create, maintain and assess functional competencies across the organization
WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO ARC:
- A minimum of five years of learning and development experience working with an LMS
- A post-secondary degree in a relevant field such as Adult Education, Human Resources, Business or Organizational Development
- SAP SuccessFactors experience is required
- Competency development experience an asset
- Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy
- Highly skilled in utilizing MS Office 365 tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to work autonomously and effectively prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment
