THE OPPORTUNITY

We are currently seeking a Mineral Land Contracts Analyst for a 6-month term to join our dynamic Mineral Land & Business Development team. Reporting to the Supervisor, Contracts and Land Administration, the successful candidate will play an integral part in contributing to the accuracy and cleanup of mineral land contracts while assisting with other administrative responsibilities as required. This position requires an excellent work ethic, strong multi-tasking and attention to detail skills, and exceptional organizational abilities. 

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Play a key role in the data verification and file clean-up for a post-close acquisition project, including updating records in CS Land and digital filing in SharePoint 
  • Assist the Mineral Land and Business Development team as needed

 

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO ARC:   

  • A Land Administration diploma or certificate from a recognized program such as SAIT, Mount Royal, or Olds College
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience as a Mineral Land Contracts Analyst in the upstream oil and gas industry 
  • Exceptional computer skills and advanced knowledge in the use of CS Land, Adobe Acrobat, SharePoint, Visio and MS Office
  • Excellent work ethic with keen attention to detail 
  • The ability to work independently and follow procedures
  • LEMAC membership is preferred
